Position: Caregiver

Schedule: 12‑hour shifts (Morning, Overnight, On‑call); availability Monday–Friday, weekends, and holidays

Must have’s:

• Experience in assisted living or home community care (1 year preferred)
• Knowledge of patient monitoring and vital signs assessment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and assist residents safely
• English proficiency
• CPR/First Aid certified
• TB test and physical exam within 1 year
• Complete proxy/caregiver training
• Complete criminal background check

Plusses:

• Familiarity with dementia care
• Certification in social work or related fields

Need to Know:

• Duties include assisting with ADLs, monitoring vitals, companionship, mobility assistance, behavioral/physical observations, and maintaining a safe environment
